    • Budgeting and Financial Management:
      • Develop and manage the annual production budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
      • Monitor production costs, identify areas for cost optimization, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
      • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track expenses, analyze variances, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
      • Production Planning and Scheduling:
        • Develop production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer demand.
        • Coordinate production activities to maximize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
        • Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and improve productivity.
        • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
          • Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
          • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
          • Work closely with quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality and consistency.
          • Team Leadership and Development:
            • Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff to achieve production targets and operational excellence.
            • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration among team members.
            • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
            • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
              • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
              • Promote a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
              • Investigate and address safety incidents and near misses to prevent recurrence and promote a culture of safety awareness.Profile
                • Minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
                • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
                • Strong knowledge of food processing techniques, equipment, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP).
                • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
                • Effective Communication Skills - verbal and written - a must; bilingual a plus.
                • Prior experience in Food Manufacturing.
                • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
                • Proven leadership and ability to train and develop subordinates, including the ability to conduct training sessions for all plant personnel.
                • Must be willing to work occasional weekends and long days when necessary.
                • Deep knowledge of production management
                • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
                • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
                • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
                • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
                • Outstanding communication ability
                • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
