Private-Equity Interim Controller

Compensation: $90-125/hour depending on experience

Location: Projects with companies across the United States / Remote / May involve travel

Duration: 3+ months, potential for contract-to-hire or direct hire

Qualifications:

CPA or MBA 2+ years' Controllership experience with the ability to play to CFO-level 7+ years accounting experience; background in public accounting strongly preferred Significant M&A and integration experience Significant experience establishing daily, weekly, monthly (DWMR) reporting for all stakeholders Expertise in Lender Compliance reporting, covenant reporting, and financial analysis Experience with closing statement preparation and managing post-closing OBS/valuation workstreams Willing to travel as needed Self-started with a hands on, roll up your sleeves mentality Ability to grasp new concepts quickly Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
