cross-functional teams around clear priorities and measurable
outcomes. This role operates with broad strategic scope and
accountability, shaping direction, driving execution excellence,
and delivering durable business impact through influence. While
this is an individual contributor role, it carries senior-level
ownership and influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Data,
Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal. This is a
hands-on leadership role for a strategic product thinker who pairs
strong business judgment with deep customer empathy and operational
rigor. You will Own product strategy and execution for critical SMB
product areas, ensuring cohesive delivery of customer and financial
outcomes across initiatives. Define and articulate a clear product
vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to company goals, customer
needs, and revenue objectives. Drive prioritization and
cross-functional alignment across initiatives, balancing near-term

into meaningful SMB value and measurable business impact. Serve as
the end-to-end product owner for your area, accountable for
performance across acquisition, conversion, retention,

cases and investment rationale to senior stakeholders, ensuring
initiatives deliver revenue growth and customer impact. Establish
clear decision frameworks and performance metrics to support
disciplined execution and transparency. Partner deeply with

executional friction. Guide go-to-market planning, launch
readiness, and post-launch optimization to ensure products scale
effectively. Use qualitative and quantitative customer insights to
identify high-impact opportunities and continuously refine
strategy. Proactively assess risks, competitive dynamics, and
emerging SMB trends, adjusting direction to remain aligned with
business priorities. Act as a senior product leader within the
organization, elevating strategic clarity, decision quality, and
product craft through influence and example. You have 10 years of
product management experience, including experience operating with
broad strategic scope and accountability for significant business
outcomes. Demonstrated success owning large, complex product areas
end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through launch and
measurable impact. Significant experience building and scaling
customer-facing digital products for SMB or adjacent audiences,
including subscription or recurring revenue models. Strong business
acumen, with experience owning or materially influencing revenue,
growth, retention, margin, or other core financial metrics.
Experience driving cross-functional alignment and influencing
senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments. Experience
translating advanced capabilities — including AI-, data-, or
automation-driven features — into real customer value and business
results. Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to
inform prioritization, evaluate ROI, and guide investment
