• Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Manage patient records and update information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal time management. Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Dentrix and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
