Title : Customer Service Administrator Job ID: 71164 Duration: 3-6 months Location: Buena Park, CA Pay range: $22.00-25.00 per hour Job Summary The Customer Service Admin is responsible for managing various tasks and projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager to support our Customers, Customer Service and Sales teams. Manages multiple community email in-boxes and processes requests for information, quotes, and proper internal routing of requests. The CS Admin will be responsible for managing our quote process. Monitors, follow-up, and resolves issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner with the ability to draft professional and complete quotes and email communication responses. The CS Admin is an individual contributor position requiring excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Must have the ability to solve complex problems with a customer service focus and handle multiple challenges simultaneously Primary Responsibilities Support quoting and proposal activities and be able to present product offering Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtained from the customer Quote and Order entry into CRM and or ERP Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete Accurately maintain records, files and reports in electronic format including email communications, request for quote, purchase orders and all supporting documents as required per pour policy. Review and interpret contractual/specification requirements, internal flow-down requirements, and effectively interface with internal teams to reach mutually agreeable terms with the customer Basic Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience 2 years of Customer Service experience, ideally in the aerospace industry or a similar, highly regulated, B2B manufacturing organization Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Strong customer focus with ability to handle questions and / or complaints effectively and anticipate customer needs while taking personal responsibility and ownership over customers and challenges Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests and customers Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Experience with a CRM System, ERP System, Microsoft Access, SQL, Office 365 Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
