Medical Office/Marketing Assistant: Entry level will train

    Under the direct supervision of the Practice Manager Implements marketing and advertising objectives by researching and analyzing the business prospects in the vicinity?s of interest. Forecasts; prepares marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.Tracks corporate PR status by analyzing feedback from constituents and social media and new business data.Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing clientele data.Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.Supports staff by providing upgrades to the Website on a Weekly basis pertaining to events, trending business related topics, new product information; and relaying customer services requests.Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Ability to self-start on other duties as delegated. Marketing Coordinator Skills and Qualifications: ?? This position will require consistent outreach and the scheduling of meetings with referring physicians, administrators and business associates from various organizations of interest.?? The monitoring and updating of social media accounts; our website, and public feedback. This position also will include the tracking of results pertaining to the benefits realized from ??
