Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Tech Fix It, Earn It! We're hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to keep our community running smoothly! The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians. Job Responsibilities: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Manages records of activity in maintenance log. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. Provide residents with outstanding customer service. Required Qualifications: At least 6 months of onsite experience Valid I.D. Required Have reliable transportation Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties A/C certification is a Plus and Pays More Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
