Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A contract Special Education Teacher position is
available in Indio, CA, serving students across early childhood,
elementary, middle, and high school levels. This role focuses on
developing and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs)
tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver specialized instructional
programs for students with diverse learning needs. Collaborate with
general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote
inclusive learning environments. Monitor student progress and
adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records
in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in
IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Desired Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credential
or certification. Experience working with students across early
childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings. Knowledge
of individualized education plans and special education laws.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt
instructional methods to meet varied learning needs. Location:
