Salary: $120,000-200,000 - Bonus plan - Wellness Program - Educational Assistance - Life Insurance - 401(k) - Medical - Disability - Vision - Dental - Time off - Much more Job Details - Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects - Knowledge and expertise in planning, design, and construction of highway and road projects - Ability to communicate with agencies and clients effectively - Must adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures as they relate to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development - Ability to research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures - Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and project management skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example) - Track record of successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management - Registered engineer in the state of California Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering - Five years of Highway design experience - Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D - Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process - Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment - Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines - Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc. required for land development projects - Technically proficient in all aspects of water resources design Interested in hearing more?
