roleFind Genomics is seeking a Project Manager for Cell tracking
Product Development to join our biotech software start-up. This
multifaceted position involves scientific, organizational and
communication activities. -For example, you will responsible for
setting-up a user-testing program, work on communicating cell
biology concepts, and support our internal research. You will learn
about (bio)tech startups and the pharmaceutical ecosystem.You must
have experience with cell culture (PhD level), be comfortable
interacting with scientists at all levels and have the curiosity
and resilience required to be part of an entrepreneurial startup
environment. -Key responsibilities
- Manage and report on our agile user-testing program;
- Manage customer engagement and support;
- Perform and manage independent research projects, including
scientific literature research and data collection;
- Join and present at scientific conferences;
- Author technical reports. -Requirements
- PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics,
biotechnology, bioengineering or equal;
- Experience with human cell culture (a must);
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be part of building a
company - no need for prior business experience;
- Demonstrated excellence in writing of scientific and
non-scientific articles;
- Enjoy presenting and explaining/learning complex concepts;
- Comfortable collaborating with different disciplines;
- Excellent team and collaboration skills;
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Comfortable working across time-zones; able to travel;
- English language proficiency: native speaker, fluent.Benefits

Multi-disciplinary Research Building (MRB) at the UCR campus. The
MRB hosts both a startup incubator and the Data Science Center
(DSC). The incubator is a modern co-working space that drives the
development and commercialization of cutting-edge technology. The
DSC houses experimental scientists and data scientists who work on
