Job Description:

The Events Manager at the UC Riverside Palm Desert Center (PDC) plans, coordinates and implements a wide range of both external and internal special events and facilities rental activities at PDC and offsite locations. Events include, but are not limited to, lecture series, performances, films series, conferences, seminars, symposiums, town halls, art exhibitions, classes, workshops, community gatherings with key constituencies, meetings (in-person and online), and hosted field trips and off-site events. The Events Manager works collaboratively with campus stakeholders, service providers, and vendors to create successful special events that will expand UCR's mission in the Coachella Valley and beyond. **As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy.
