Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager to oversee the direction, coordination, and quality of technical support for their K-12 software systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and drive supervisors and staff performance
Increase team efficiency and effectiveness
Address customer satisfaction issues and provide coaching and development to employees

Required Qualifications:

4+ years' prior experience in a technical support role
2+ years' prior experience in a supervisory or management role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
Previous CRM experience and experience in a data-driven environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
