Seeking someone now who sells or markets Toys or Retail Packaged / Made in China.

Anyone who's done Marketing/Sales for Thermo Forming/Electronics for high end packaging.

Companies interested are: Matel, Hasbro, Jakks, other Consumer Goods companies.

MUST HAVE A BOOK OF BUSINESS!!!

TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

LOCATION: (1) NEWBURY PARK, CA

SALARY: $55K - $80K + 3% Commission

MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND IS IDEAL!

Packaging company that provides high quality packaging to it's clients nationwide by providing program management, conceptual design, 2D/3D Design models, Photo Rendering, Graphic Development POS Display Design, and Product Design.

PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED: Rigid Board Structures, Litho Cartons, Custom Paper Bags, Clear Cartons, Thermoforming

Job Summary and Scope: The Business Development Manger is responsible for meeting personal and team targets for sales revenue. They are to represent our company with pride and fully uphold our principles for business.

Job Responsibilities:

? Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

? Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

? Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

? Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and technically challenging assignments simultaneously.

? Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

? Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

? Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

? Strong communication and technical writing skills are required.

? Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and assignments

? Effective communication skills with ability to discuss technical issues in business environment

? Creative/Innovative

? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications: Must possess 1-3 years experience in the Packaging or related industry. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers

(consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Valid driver?s license.

Education Requirements: BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar discipline. Advanced degree is a plus
