Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and designers
to shape the team's strategy and roadmap
Foster a healthy team culture with a high level of trust and
psychological safety
Coach and mentor engineers to help them advance in their careers
and develop new skills
Required Qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience
8+ years of full-time software development experience
Proven track record of hiring and leading productive engineering
teams
Experience building extensible, leveraged software solutions that
scale to diverse user needs
Ability to thrive while operating with a high level of autonomy and
responsibility
