Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time People Manager to support
HR functions and initiatives as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and support
organizational design
Manage full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain employee
records in HRIS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field preferred
At least 5+ years of human resource management experience
preferred
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications are a plus
