Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Legal Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to execution, including
maintaining contract databases
Act as the primary legal team interface with other departments and
enhance company-wide IT systems
Review, draft, and negotiate various sales and vendor contracts
while advising internal stakeholders on deal processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in
managing legal technology, including CLMs
Experience in drafting and reviewing MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, and
related agreements
Familiarity with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Zip, or Salesforce
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of
a team
Experience managing time-sensitive, complex commercial contract
processes
