execute its email marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the email marketing strategy to enhance

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated
workflows and promotional emails
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable
recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related
field
3+ years of experience in a CRM or customer journey-focused role
within marketing
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM systems
Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics
tools
Experience with audience segmentation and personalization
strategies
