Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Line Manager,
Floorcare.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end responsibilities for product lines within the
Floor Care portfolio, balancing current and next-generation
products
Influence product roadmap decisions and maintain deep knowledge of
customer needs and competitive landscape
Lead cross-functional teams to define product visions, develop
business cases, and ensure successful product launches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field; master's degree or MBA
preferred
6-8+ years of experience in Product Management or related
fields
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with familiarity in
Product P&L
Demonstrated track record of delivering innovative products to
market, preferably in consumer electronics
Ability to lead through influence and effective communication
across various organizational levels
