A company is looking for an Associate Director, Principal Giving
West.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 30-50 ultra-high net worth individuals
through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
Participate in prospect discovery and qualify potential donors
through research and networking
Create strategic correspondence and engagement strategies to deepen
donor relationships and increase contributions
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of progressive fundraising experience or sales, with
expertise in major or principal gifts fundraising
Demonstrated history of effective management and support of
frontline fundraisers
Proven track record of closing multiple seven-figure gifts
Ability to develop and implement creative donor strategies in
collaboration with senior leadership
Dedication to fundraising for international development and social
justice initiatives
