Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Services Manager to
lead their global IT Commercial Services Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute COE strategy, focusing on best practices and
standards
Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure effective
system implementation and performance
Oversee system enhancements and support processes to improve
efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field; Master's preferred
15+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS CRM systems
5-8 years leading global business CRM and financial systems
teams
Deep knowledge of Salesforce and other enterprise-level sales and
marketing solutions
ITIL certification and other relevant technical certifications
