Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Project Manager I (Customer
Success Manager I) to enhance digital health experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer adoption of digital health tools and manage
onboarding and training for healthcare providers
Monitor customer engagement and gather feedback to inform
improvements in service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences
and resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; preferred
in healthcare administration or IT
5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership
role
Experience in customer support or patient/provider engagement in
healthcare settings
Familiarity with EHR platforms and healthcare technology
products
Understanding of patient data privacy regulations and healthcare
processes
