Job Description:
A company is looking for a BPO Vendor Manager to oversee
outsourced service center operations and manage relationships with
BPO partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO vendors, managing
daily operations and performance
Analyze vendor performance data to identify inefficiencies and
implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage budgeting
and reporting for vendor operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in BPO vendor management or service
operations in healthcare or a similar industry
Proven ability to manage a BPO team of 150+ staff and drive
performance improvements
Strong understanding of service operations workflows and quality
assurance
Experience managing budgets and cost control within a BPO
environment
Familiarity with international markets and cultural nuances in
vendor operations
