Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Managed
Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the North American Managed Services team and oversee service
delivery for 30+ clients
Set strategic direction for technical teams and contribute to the
Managed Services Roadmap
Review practice P&L, create revenue forecasts, and establish
governance structures for service delivery
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in a relevant program or equivalent work experience
12 years of experience managing in a mature Managed Services
organization
Business development experience in service offerings and
proposals
ITIL Foundations Certification
Experience with various automation tools and digital
technologies
