Riverside Community Hospital, Founded in 1901, is a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. Position Summary: Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.
.Qualifications Position Requirements: Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:

• 1. Valid California RN license.
• Current BCLS certification.
• ACLS due within 30 days of hire
• National RN Certification preferred.Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.Experience:
    • StaRNprogram is required for all new graduate RN position into the Critical Caredepartments.
    • StaRNPLUS program may be required if most recent ICU experience was less than one yearand/or previous experience in a facility with a Trauma designation of level III V.Special Qualifications:
      • Computer literate
