Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Contract Occupational Therapist to provide services 1-2 full days or 3 half days per week for students with Autism & developmental disabilities.Prefer OT with: 2 years minimum experience treating students with autism and developmental disabilitiesFamiliarity with IEPsRequired:Master's DegreeOTR/L CA professional licensureDOJ/FBI Live Scan ClearanceTB Clearance (within last 4 years)Duties include but not limited to: Delivery of Occupational Therapy services (Direct/Indirect/Consultation/Assessments) for K-12 students.Provide therapy and communicate on-going student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals via progress reporting and Individual Education Plans/Individual Program Plans.Prepare for and attend IEP meetings on behalf of the studentsEffective communication with school district personnel, parents, and PHA staff.Supervise clinical instruction of graduate studentsJob Details Include: Contract (1-2 days or 3 half days)Caseload of currently 24 students with room to growVariable IEP mandates for service (from 1 session to 3 sessions per week per student)COVID-19 considerations:All Staff are required to wear a mask while on campusAll Staff are tested weeklyLearn more about Precious Hearts Academy:Website: Facebook: /PreciousHeartsAcademyInstagram: /p.h.academy/Company DescriptionPrecious Hearts Academy is a Non-Public School for students with autism and developmental disabilities in San Bernardino, CA.
