Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a telephonic
after-hours position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic care and direction to members and facility staff
during overnight, weekend, and holiday hours
Deliver medical care services to a designated group of enrollees in
multiple areas
Coordinate care for members between facilities, hospitals, and
colleagues
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
Current unrestricted NP license in the state of residence and
ability to obtain in other required locations
Nurse Practitioner national certification in Pennsylvania,
Virginia, and Maryland
Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
3+ years of experience as a NP with a background in acute and
chronic disease management
