Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator for their
remote Clinical Ops - Care Navigator Team Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage crises and provide in-the-moment telephone support to
clients with complex behavioral health issues
Ensure client safety and connect clients to high-quality,
evidence-based providers and facilities
Support clients in connecting to care exclusively by phone and
email
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or
equivalent independent clinical licensure is required
Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
Must be a full-time resident of the United States
