Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospice Triage LPN for part-time
evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health
providers
Access electronic medical records (EMRs) for charting and utilize
internal applications during calls
Complete shift prep and post-call charting efficiently
Required Qualifications
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is
required
Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical
services, or critical care
Must be comfortable with technology and typing in a fast-paced
setting
Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any
employer
