Description & Requirements - Specialty: Addiction Medicine -
Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff - Outpatient
clinic - Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with
one year of addiction medicine and primary care experience - Mix of
addiction medicine and primary care - Serving a patient base of
homeless and underserved populations - Typical schedule is either
8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm - Flexible 4-day work week options -
