Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a local contract job in Riverside, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Nuclear medicine technologists are responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients undergoing scans for diagnostic purposes. - Equipment: 3 GE Camera department with a dedicated cardiac and SPECT - Typical Procedures: All NM studies but not limited to Cardiac, Lexi Scans, Adenosine, VQ Scans, WBC Scans, HIDA, MUGA, GI Bleed, Octreo, MIBG, Y90, Zephyr Must Haves:/n- A recent 6 months of Nuclear Med Tech experience in an acute hospital setting/n- IV certified and general NM training from accredited program/n- ARRT (N) or CNMT or NMT and CA State Certification/n- BLS Certification/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- SPECT Experience/n- EKG Certified/n- MediTech Experience/n- Travel Experience
