Enterprise Medical Recruiting is searching for a Family Medicine physician to join a multi-specialty medical group with a happy and cohesive team of 20 providers in Lancaster, California. Opportunity Details Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm - No Call ( 4-day workweek possible ) New graduates will receive tremendous support and be mentored by seasoned primary care physicians Option for additional shifts to generate additional revenue (Urgent Care, Hospital) On-site Radiology, Laboratory, PFT Lab, Pharmacy, 24-hour Urgent Care, Infusion Center, Oncology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, and Pain Management Departments Guaranteed base in the $250K range with performance bonuses up to 10% of base Potential for signing bonus and/or resident stipend Offering a great benefits package that includes generous paid time off for work/life balance About Lancaster, California Lancaster is a nice community of 120K, located 70 miles from Los Angeles and 100 miles from Ventura County, for easy day trips to the beach or the metro area.
