About the Position Job Description: Coordinate patient care and
manage utilization review to ensure quality and cost-effective
treatment. Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate
documentation according to facility policies. Requirements
Experience: 2 years Note: Minimum 2 years of acute medical care
management experience performing both Care Coordination and
Utilization Review roles. Certifications Required: BLS, California
