Job Description Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla has served

full-time position with varied 12 hour shifts at Scripps La Jolla.

support staff focus on the unique skills required for assisting
patients before, during, and after procedures. Who are we looking
for: · A candidate with or without Cardiac experience with a strong
interest in Cardiac procedures. · A well rounded surg tech with
previous experience who wants to learn and perform with our Cardiac
team *$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation Incentive if moving
from 100 miles. LI-JS1 The following are not eligible for hiring
incentives: - Internal candidates - Rehires that left Scripps less
than 3 years ago In order to remain eligible for your retention
incentive the following criteria must be met - Must remain in
original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty - Must remain in
original Job Title - Transfers to other locations will be reviewed
on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining
incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Qualifications: - 1 year of recent experience as a
Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical
Technologist training program. - Current BLS from the American
Heart Association - Excellent communication skills. Basic computer
skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress
environment. Preferred Qualifications: - 2 years’ experience -
Cardiac experience - CST Certification - Serious interest in

$34.97-$50.69/hour
