This contract position is based onsite in Fontana, CA, serving the educational needs of a diverse student population across the academic year (CSY). Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' occupational therapy needs within the school environment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on improving fine motor skills and functional abilities to support academic success. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic interventions seamlessly into the school day. Provide ongoing progress monitoring and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare guidelines. Deliver direct OT services using evidence-based practices tailored to each child's unique needs. Required Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience in school-based therapy. Proven ability to assess and treat fine motor skills challenges in a K-12 setting. Expertise in delivering services onsite with a strong understanding of healthcare and educational collaboration. Familiarity with teletherapy approaches is valuable but onsite presence is mandatory for this role. Able to start immediately to provide timely support for the ongoing school year.
