Job Description Clinic Lead Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | Colusa, CA NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy organization in Northern California to hire a Clinic Lead Physical Therapist (PT) for their Colusa location. This role is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinic culture, and maintaining a high standard of patient care while staying clinically active. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with autonomy, support, and long-term growth potential within a stable, clinician-led organization.
