About the Position Physical Therapist Assistant Location:
Inglewood, CA Contract Type: Per-Diem Shift Type: PRN / Per Diem,
flexible hours (no set shift times provided) Candidate Pay Rate:
$40- $45.5 per hour Roles & Responsibilities Implement treatment
plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help
residents regain function Assist residents with therapeutic
exercises and mobility training to improve independence Monitor and
document patient progress accurately and timely to track outcomes
Communicate effectively with therapy and nursing staff to
coordinate patient care and ensure safety Qualifications Active
California PTA license required Experience in Skilled Nursing
Facility settings preferred Strong teamwork and documentation
skills Ability to follow direction from supervising Physical
Therapists and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Knowledge &
Skills Hands-on experience delivering therapy services in
post-acute or long-term care Comfort implementing treatment plans
and therapeutic exercises Mobility training techniques and safe
patient handling Accurate clinical documentation and progress
tracking Clear interpersonal and communication skills with patients
