Job Description Vascular Surgeon (General & Vascular Surgery Mix) San Gabriel Valley / Inland Empire, California Robotic surgery program | Private surgical group | Partnership potential | Southern California lifestyle Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join its established physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire . This opportunity offers the ability to build a strong vascular surgery practice while working in a collaborative environment with advanced surgical technology and strong regional hospital relationships . Position Highlights Private physician-led surgical group Mix of vascular and general surgery procedures Open and endovascular vascular surgery Advanced robotic and minimally invasive surgery using DaVinci Clinic locations in Montclair and Covina Opportunity to build long-term surgical volume in a growing regional program Practice Overview Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal provides comprehensive surgical care across the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire . The practice currently includes: 2 surgeons 1 colorectal surgeon performing general surgery The incoming surgeon will support outpatient clinic care and inpatient surgical services across affiliated hospitals, including Emanate Health, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, and Prime Healthcare facilities . The program utilizes advanced laparoscopic and DaVinci robotic surgical platforms to support minimally invasive procedures. What You'll Do Perform vascular surgery and general surgery procedures Provide outpatient clinic care and inpatient surgical coverage Perform open and endovascular vascular procedures Utilize robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques Participate in general surgery ER call coverage Schedule Full-Time Clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Flexible scheduling with autonomy to structure clinic and OR days Call Approximately 1 in 3 call rotation Includes general surgery ER call coverage What We're Looking For Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Vascular Surgery Willingness to perform vascular and general surgery procedures Ability to participate in general surgery ER call coverage Interest in building a surgical practice within a collaborative group environment Compensation Years 1–2 income guarantee: $400,000 – $450,000 annually (negotiable) Year 3 productivity-based compensation model Relocation assistance negotiable Malpractice insurance coverage Employment Structure New graduates may be employed as W-2 physicians Experienced candidates may work as 1099 independent contractors About Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Founded by Anthony S.
