Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cust Svc Rep II, CRC.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by managing and responding
promptly to inbound customer calls
Identify and interpret customer needs, implement resolutions, make
recommendations, and cross-sell
Retain policyholders by addressing inquiries, negotiating, and
reviewing customer issues
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience or 2 years of
related work experience
Associates degree preferred
Ability to review and organize written data from various
sources
Active P&C insurance license, valid in the state of
residence
Ability to obtain non-resident P&C license for other states
based on call types handled
