The Senior HR Generalist is both a strategic and hands-on role that
provides Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing
our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support,
and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

annual open enrollment period or during a life event change (e.g.

Oversee DocuSign, ensure that Departments template are updated as

Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human
Resources Management, or Psychology.
5+ years HR experience, including employee relations, performance
management, leave of absence, and benefits administration.
Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish is preferred, not

including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and ADA
Computer proficient with HRIS experience
Advanced Excel skills are required, as are skills with all

The position of Senior HR Generalist requires that you are able to
lift objects that weight up to 25 pounds, squat, kneel, twist,
bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long
periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers,
wrists, and arms. May occasionally travel to jobsites for a
walkthrough, and would require the ability to walk on uneven
unclean terrain for several hours.
