Job Description:
A company is looking for an In-House Recruiter to manage
recruiting activities and relationships within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates for P & C insurance adjuster
roles
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and
recruiting agencies
Manage the applicant tracking system and create reports on the
recruiting process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for P & C
insurance adjuster roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring
managers and candidates
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment
metrics
Proficiency with tech tools such as Apple Computer, Google Suite,
and Slack
