A fast-growing professional services firm seeks a Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day people function of a local practice office, providing subject matter expertise, while developing and executing Human Capital & Talent strategies inclusive of engagement strategies, optimized performance, and professional development. Responsibilities Serving as a trusted advisor to office leadership and colleagues, providing advice and guidance across all human capital topics, inclusive of employee relations and policy adherence Championing colleague well-being and enabling a work environment that is equitable and offers fair treatment, transparency, inclusiveness, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect In collaboration with office leadership, driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize human capital & talent strategies, and leveraging market intelligence to make informed business decisions Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the firm retains. Qualifications Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills Exhibit the ability to use HRIS and data to identify insights that drive action Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field; with a Master’s degree, preferably A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources leadership and management experience, and familiarity with CA labor laws Proven experience as a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner or similar leadership HR role Many of our job openings can be viewed at https://jobs.crelate.com/portal/consultativesg
