Under the general direction of the HR Director, the position
functions as a primary Human Resources professional for a portfolio
of assigned units within the College of Natural and Agricultural
Sciences. Performs as an expert in HR-related competencies such as
employment selection, Labor Relations, Job Classification, leave
administration and benefits administration.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent

policies, including knowledge of bargaining contracts, and a good
understanding of human resources principles; ability to maintain
confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work while
maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; must be able to work
in a fast-pace environment with multiple deadlines.
