Job Description:
There are two positions available. These positions are
designated as Career Ladder recruitments, which means the hiring
department can recruit and fill this role at different levels
within the position classification series. Therefore, this position
is currently posted as an Applications Programmer 3/ID # 24389567)
and/or Applications Programmer 4/ ID # 24300460). Applicants are

to apply, please apply for both positions.The Enterprise
Application Developer, participates in iterative web design and
development discussions; implements database and web development
tasks toward the completion of HR and Academic Personnel Office
(APO) Applications. Collaborates with members of the campus
community and other development team members on designing user
interfaces, maintains and updates existing HR/APO Applications such
as Human Resource Data Warehouse (HRDW), eFilePlus, Time and
Attendance Review (TARS) and the Human Resources Management System
(HRMS). Participates in data migration projects as needed. Proven
ability to pick up quickly variety of development tools such as
PL/SQL and Grails.Both positions are classified as primarily remote
with occasional visits to campus as necessary. Working hours will
be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). The maximum annual
budgeted salary for each position is $117,100.As a condition of
employment, you will be required to comply with the University of
California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy. All
Covered Individuals under the policy must provide proof of Full
Vaccination or, if applicable, submit a request for Exception
(based on Medical Exemption, Disability, and/or Religious
Objection) or Deferral (based on pregnancy) no later than the
applicable deadline. For new University of California employees,
the applicable deadline is eight weeks after their first date of
