Job Description:
A consumer electronics retail company is filling a position for
a Remote Senior Technical Customer Experience Insights Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Turning large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into
actionable insights
Being the subject matter expert on customers' perceptions
Supporting the design of surveys and other feedback mechanisms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
3 or more years of experience in market or consumer research
2 or more years of experience with Text Analytics tools
(Clarabridge, Relative Insights)
Experience with designing and/or managing quantitative and/or
qualitative research projects
Strong data analysis, writing, and communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel skills
