With a 4 week backlog of orders right out of the gate, they foresee continued growth for many years to come. Their 5 person and 5 machine shop is dedicated to excellence with the latest, state of the art machinery. - -In this role, you will be given the opportunity to enhance your machining skills while learning and developing your programming skills (in Esprit) and serving as a catalyst for growth as you enter on the ground floor of the growing operation! You will also be part of the team that has achieved various ISO and AS certifications! - -Working hours are on a 1st shift starting at 6 -AM providing a strong work-life balance. - -

• Set up and operate Swiss machine
• Perform 1st article inspection
• Troubleshoot problems with the machine or program
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment - -
  
  • Experience setting up and operating swiss machines
  • Knowledge of Esprit programming is a plus!
  • Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, indicators, and the like)
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
