Remote Servicenow Developer

Job Description:

A large educational institution is seeking a remote ServiceNow Developer to join their team headquartered in Riverside, CA. They will be interfacing with the financial systems team, business owners, and fellow development team. They will be responsible for custom design, build, incident and request management, and ongoing support of the operational environment. The environment is Agile Scrum and the position will be permanent and remote working PST hours. Any additional educational background such as ServiceNow certifications

Experience using any of the following: ITSM - Asset, Change, and Incident. CSM - Field Services. ITBM - Demand, Resource, Project Portfolio, and Agile. Software Asset Management as well as other custom applications and integrations.

Integrations experience with other systems, RestAPIs
2-4+ years as a ServiceNow Developer

Experience with custom design, build, implementation in ServiceNow

Scripting experience specifically using JavaScript and creation of business rules

Bachelors Degree in related area or equivalent

Excellent communication and responsiveness/sense of urgency/organized and detail-oriented

A strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices in the platform and its capabilities
