Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ERP HCM solutions tailored to client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system
integration and functionality
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Proven experience in ERP HCM system architecture and
implementation
Strong knowledge of HCM modules and related technologies
Experience with data migration and system integration processes
Relevant certifications in ERP HCM systems are preferred
