Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Services Specialist to
advocate for developers creating solutions on its platform.
Key Responsibilities
On-board and train external developers on best practices for the
platform
Provide guidance on design and implementation decisions for custom
applications
Resolve customer development issues using technical knowledge and
facilitate communication with development teams
Required Qualifications
BS or BA in computer science, engineering, business IT, or
comparable work experience preferred
3-5 years of experience working with non-technical clients in a
technical consultative capacity
Experience in .NET software development using C# and Microsoft SQL
Server
Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript,
ASP.NET, and AJAX
Willingness to obtain Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
certification within the first 6 months of employment
