engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level
Customer Service Associate Engage proactively with customers in
retail environments and local events, fostering a welcoming
atmosphere and assisting with inquiries. Undergo comprehensive
training on Frontier’s fiber internet, TV, and voice solutions,
developing expertise in telecommunications products. Provide clear
and detailed assistance, addressing inquiries on Frontier services,

services that best suit their requirements. Troubleshoot Frontier
devices and services, patiently guiding customers through steps to

and meaningful interactions. Keep accurate records of customer
interactions, service concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system
for efficient follow-ups Collaborate with sales teams, contributing
