Job Description:

Our office has an opening for energetic office assistants, paralegals or legal document assistants to work at our office in Inland Empire offices. We currently have two full time positions that offer benefits (medical/dental/vision/401K).
Background as a paralegal (or legal document assistant) and experience in -family law, wills, living trusts, guardianship, conservatorship, and/or probate -is highly desirable. The position can be filled at entry, intermediate or advanced level. However, all applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience.
Desired qualifications:

• Education: Certificate (or higher) in Paralegal Studies is required,
• Excellent Customer Service Skills,
• Very Reliable and Trainable,
• Serious and Responsible,
• Good communication skills,
• Notary public (desirable),
• Experience in family law, wills, living trusts, and/or probate is desirable but not required.
